PasskeyPilot

PasskeyPilot is a web app (with optional mobile SDKs) that helps SMBs and mid-market SaaS companies migrate from passwords to passkeys with minimal engineering pain. It provides a drop-in authentication layer that supports WebAuthn/passkeys, device-bound credentials, and step-up authentication, while keeping compatibility with existing email/password and SSO during transition. The product focuses on the messy middle: account recovery, cross-device onboarding, admin controls, and analytics that show adoption and login failure reasons. It includes a guided rollout plan, A/B rollout toggles, and a “fallback safety net” to avoid lockouts. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI assists with integration guidance, log triage, and recommending policy settings based on observed failures. The goal is to reduce support tickets and credential-stuffing risk without forcing a full identity platform switch.
