PasskeyRelay is a web app plus lightweight desktop/mobile companion that helps small businesses and startups roll out passkeys (FIDO2/WebAuthn) and enforce strong two-factor authentication across key services. Instead of being “yet another authenticator,” it focuses on the messy reality: employees lose phones, contractors churn, and admins need visibility. PasskeyRelay provides a simple policy layer: require passkeys where supported, fall back to TOTP only when necessary, and block risky MFA methods like SMS for sensitive apps. It includes guided setup flows per service (Google, Microsoft, GitHub, AWS, Slack), a shared recovery process with admin-approved device re-enrollment, and audit logs that prove who enrolled what and when. It’s not magic: it won’t integrate with every legacy app, and some SSO vendors already cover parts of this. But for teams that don’t want full-blown enterprise IAM, it’s a pragmatic middle ground.
