PastorPulse

PastorPulse is a mobile + web app for clergy to track pastoral care signals without turning ministry into a CRM nightmare. It pulls lightweight inputs from calendar events, quick post-visit notes, and optional congregation check-ins (e.g., “hospital,” “grief,” “job loss,” “new baby”). The AI layer summarizes recent interactions, flags people who may be slipping through the cracks, and drafts follow-up messages in the clergy’s voice (with strict review-before-send). It also helps plan the week: suggested visit priorities, reminders for anniversaries and major life events, and a simple “care map” showing who is connected to whom (family, small group, volunteers). The goal is not growth hacking; it’s reducing missed follow-ups and decision fatigue. Realistically, it wins only if it’s faster than paper notes and less invasive than enterprise church software.
