PatchPilot

PatchPilot is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps field-service and delivery businesses define, audit, and optimize service areas without the usual spreadsheet chaos. Teams draw territories on a map, import customer addresses, and instantly see coverage gaps, overlaps, and out-of-policy jobs (too far, wrong zone, wrong technician). It includes simple rules like max drive time, ZIP/municipality constraints, and capacity limits per day/week. A lightweight AI assistant suggests territory adjustments based on historical job density and travel time, but the core value works without AI. The product is realistic: it won’t magically fix bad operations, but it will make territory decisions visible, defensible, and easier to maintain as teams grow or churn. Export clean assignments to CRM/dispatch tools and keep a change log for accountability.
