PatchPilot
PatchPilot is a web app (with optional desktop CLI) that automates “release confidence” for game updates. It connects to your build pipeline and crash/telemetry sources, then runs pre-release checks: symbol validation, asset bundle integrity, version compatibility rules, and targeted smoke tests on representative device/driver profiles. After launch, it watches key health metrics (crash-free sessions, ANR rate, FPS drops, matchmaking errors) and flags regressions with a clear rollback recommendation. It’s not a magic AI that fixes your game; it’s a pragmatic guardrail that catches the boring, expensive mistakes that slip through when teams are rushed. The AI component summarizes what changed, correlates spikes to commits/builds, and drafts a release note + incident report so producers and QA aren’t stuck writing postmortems at 2 a.m.
