PatchPilot

PatchPilot is a web app + desktop agent that helps small and mid-size PC game studios distribute builds and patches reliably across multiple channels (Steam, Epic, itch, direct). It focuses on the boring, failure-prone parts: versioning, delta patch generation, staged rollouts, and rollback when a patch bricks players. Studios upload a build once; PatchPilot produces signed manifests, generates binary diffs, and pushes to configured targets with per-channel rules. It also provides a lightweight “direct distribution” option (CDN + launcher SDK) for studios that sell keys on their own site. A release dashboard shows adoption, crash spikes (via simple symbol + minidump ingestion), and regional download failures so teams can stop guessing why reviews suddenly tanked. This is not another store; it’s release plumbing that reduces patch risk and support tickets.
