PatchPilot
PatchPilot is a web app (with optional desktop uploader) for game designers and small studios to detect balance and economy problems early using telemetry and lightweight simulation. You connect your game’s event stream (or upload CSV logs), define key entities (weapons, characters, items, currencies), and PatchPilot generates dashboards that highlight outliers: overpowered builds, dominant strategies, runaway economies, and progression walls. An AI assistant helps translate messy events into a clean schema, suggests missing events to instrument, and drafts patch notes with predicted impact. It won’t magically “solve” design—garbage data and bad goals still produce bad outcomes—but it will shorten the loop between “players complain” and “we know why.” Pricing is subscription-based with a free tier for hobby projects and paid tiers for teams needing retention, monetization, and live-ops monitoring.
