PatchPilot

PatchPilot is a web app (with optional lightweight desktop agent) that helps SMBs keep Windows, macOS, and common third‑party apps patched without needing a full MSP stack. It discovers endpoints, inventories software, and turns patching into a simple weekly workflow: approve, schedule, deploy, verify. The product focuses on the boring but dangerous gap most SMBs live in—machines that “mostly update” until ransomware hits. It includes risk-based prioritization (exploited-in-the-wild flags), maintenance windows, rollback guidance, and clear compliance evidence for cyber insurance questionnaires. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: AI summarizes patch impact, drafts change notes, and explains why a patch matters in plain English for non-security owners. Pricing is per endpoint, with a minimum monthly floor so it’s viable to support small accounts.
