PatchPulse
PatchPulse is a lightweight desktop agent plus a web console that focuses on one thing most teams fail at: fast, verifiable patching and exposure reduction across endpoints. Instead of trying to be a full EDR, it continuously inventories OS and third‑party apps, maps missing patches to known exploited vulnerabilities, and produces a prioritized “fix queue” per device and per team. It validates remediation by checking file versions, registry keys, and running processes—not just “install succeeded.” For small IT/security teams, it automates patch windows with safe rings (pilot → broad), rollback plans, and clear audit trails for compliance. It also flags endpoints that can’t be patched (legacy apps, offline devices) and recommends compensating controls (isolation, firewall rules, application allowlisting). The goal is fewer surprises, fewer spreadsheets, and fewer breached laptops.
