The platform monitors competitor filings and assignments, flags strategic shifts, and recommends offensive/defensive actions such as targeted invalidity searches, design-around candidates, licensing targets, and portfolio gaps to fill. AI-assisted legal analysis summarizes claim scope, highlights key limitations, and produces attorney-reviewable memos with citations to sources.
