PathPilot

PathPilot is a web app (with a lightweight JS/SDK) that creates adaptive onboarding flows based on what a user is trying to do, not what your product team guessed they’d do. It ingests product events, role/plan data, and referral source, then serves the next best step: a checklist item, tooltip, short walkthrough, or “skip” option. You define goals (e.g., “connect data source,” “invite teammate,” “create first project”) and guardrails; PathPilot learns which sequences actually lead to activation and reduces dead-end tours. It includes a visual flow editor, A/B testing, and a “friction inbox” that flags steps where users rage-click, bounce, or stall. This is an AI + traditional app: AI proposes flow variants and segment rules, but humans approve and ship them. Realistically, it won’t replace PM judgment—just makes iteration faster and less blind.
