PathProof

PathProof is a web app (with optional desktop data uploader) that turns a company’s net-zero pathway into an auditable, version-controlled plan tied to real operational data. Instead of glossy pathway charts, it ingests monthly activity data (energy, fuel, refrigerants, logistics, procurement) and maps it to targets, abatement levers, and governance checkpoints. It flags when the pathway is drifting (e.g., emissions intensity improving but absolute emissions rising), quantifies the gap to target, and produces evidence packs for internal audit, lenders, and customers. It supports scenario comparisons (electrification vs. efficiency vs. renewables vs. supplier engagement) with clear assumptions, uncertainty ranges, and “what would need to be true” notes. It’s brutally practical: if the data quality is poor, it says so and shows exactly what’s missing, rather than pretending precision.
