PathPulse

PathPulse is a web app (with a lightweight browser extension) that turns actual product usage into continuously updated journey maps. Instead of relying on sticky-note sessions that go stale, it ingests event analytics (Segment/GA4/Amplitude), support signals (Zendesk/Intercom), and session replays (FullStory/Hotjar) to auto-generate key paths, drop-off points, and “moments of truth” by persona and segment. Teams can annotate steps with hypotheses, attach evidence (clips, tickets, metrics), and assign owners to fix high-friction steps. It also tracks whether changes reduce friction over time, so journey mapping becomes an operational dashboard rather than a one-off artifact. The reality: it won’t magically understand your business without clean tracking and disciplined tagging, but for teams already collecting data, it can replace weeks of manual mapping and keep journeys current.
