PathPulse

PathPulse is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for building project timelines that stay honest when reality changes. Instead of static Gantt charts, it models work as dependency paths with confidence ranges, then continuously recalculates the “most likely” ship date and the critical path as tasks slip, scope changes, or people get reassigned. Teams can import from Jira/Linear/Asana, map dependencies quickly, and set risk signals (blocked, waiting on review, external vendor). The app highlights which 3–5 tasks are actually driving the end date, and suggests the cheapest schedule fixes (add reviewer, split task, reduce scope, parallelize). It’s not magic: it won’t predict perfectly, but it will expose timeline lies early and quantify tradeoffs so PMs can communicate clearly.
