PausePilot

PausePilot is a mobile + desktop companion that turns rest into a measurable habit without pretending it can “fix” burnout. It watches for fatigue signals you already produce—long focus streaks, late-night work, meeting overload, and keyboard/mouse intensity—then schedules tiny, realistic recovery actions (60–180 seconds) that don’t derail your day. Instead of generic breathing prompts, it offers context-based options: eye reset after screen-heavy time, posture reset after long typing, short walk after meeting clusters, or a hard stop when sleep debt is building. The app tracks compliance, perceived energy, and next-day productivity so users see what helps and what’s placebo. It integrates with Google Calendar/Outlook and can auto-protect 5–10 minute “recovery buffers” between meetings. The goal is not wellness theater; it’s reducing cumulative fatigue with minimal friction and honest feedback loops.
