Users connect their email to detect subscription receipts and upcoming renewals, then get a single calendar showing ship dates, charges, and skip/pause windows. The app generates one-tap reminders and provides step-by-step “fast cancel” flows with prefilled scripts and direct links, because many brands intentionally hide these steps. For subscriptions that allow it, PausePlate can automate skip/pause actions via integrations; for the rest, it guides the user through the quickest path and logs proof. It also tracks “effective cost per meal/serving” and flags price hikes. This is not glamorous, but it targets a real annoyance that causes wasted money and food.
