PawProof is a web + mobile app for animal-assisted intervention (AAI) providers to capture defensible outcomes with minimal admin. It guides facilitators through quick, standardized pre/post measures (mood, anxiety, engagement, pain proxy scales), session notes, and incident reporting, then auto-generates shareable reports for schools, hospitals, and funders. The AI layer suggests appropriate validated questionnaires by setting and population, flags missing consent or documentation gaps, and summarizes progress across sessions without inventing data. It also tracks animal workload, rest periods, and handler checklists to reduce welfare and liability risks. This is not a “cute therapy animal diary”; it’s a lightweight compliance-and-outcomes tool that helps programs keep contracts, justify budgets, and survive audits. If you can’t show measurable impact, you’ll lose to other services that can.
