PawProof

PawProof is a mobile + web app that helps businesses and handlers reduce conflict around guide and assistance dogs by focusing on behavior and access rules, not “papers.” Venues create a simple “Access Checklist” based on ADA/Equality Act-style guidance (country-specific), and staff use a 60-second flow to document observed behavior issues (e.g., out of control, not housebroken) with time-stamped notes. Handlers can optionally create a private profile with training milestones, vet records, and emergency contacts to share via QR code—purely voluntary and clearly labeled as non-required. The app also includes bite/incident reporting templates, de-escalation scripts, and a short micro-training module for frontline staff. The goal is fewer confrontations, fewer illegal denials, and better documentation when removal is legally justified. This is a traditional app with light AI for summarizing incident notes and generating compliant follow-up emails.
