PawShift

PawShift is a web + mobile app for pet boarding/daycare operators to reduce no-shows, prevent overbooking, and keep staff aligned. It combines a capacity-aware booking calendar (kennels, play groups, staff-to-dog ratios) with automated deposits, vaccination/medication gating, and real-time check-in/out. Owners get a simple portal for reservations, required docs, and pickup reminders; staff get a shift view, task checklists, feeding/med logs, and incident notes. An AI assistant drafts daily report cards and flags operational risks (e.g., too many large dogs in one group, missing vaccines, repeated late pickups) based on your rules—not vague “AI magic.” This is not a full POS/accounting suite; it’s a focused operations layer that can sit on top of existing tools via exports and basic integrations.
