PayChase is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that automates B2B invoice chasing and payment collection for SMBs that sell on net terms. It connects to QuickBooks/Xero, identifies overdue invoices, and runs a configurable outreach sequence (email + SMS + payment link) that feels professional, not spammy. Customers get a branded portal to view invoices, dispute line items, request extensions, or pay via ACH/card. The app tracks promise-to-pay dates, escalates to internal owners, and produces an audit trail for finance teams. An AI layer drafts polite, context-aware reminders, summarizes dispute threads, and suggests next actions based on past outcomes. This is not a “payments processor” replacement; it sits on top of existing rails to reduce DSO and stop finance teams from living in inboxes and spreadsheets.
