Users enter (or paste) an offer letter, current location, destination, household details, and lifestyle preferences. The app estimates true take-home pay after taxes, adjusts for local cost of living, and models relocation costs (moving, deposits, temporary housing, commute, car needs). It produces a “net monthly delta” and a break-even timeline, plus negotiation prompts (e.g., ask for gross-up, temporary housing, sign-on, or COLA). It also flags common offer pitfalls like non-reimbursed expenses, repayment clauses, and unrealistic start dates. This is not a magic relocation concierge; it’s a decision tool that prevents expensive mistakes and helps users negotiate with numbers instead of vibes.
