Paydown Autopilot

Paydown Autopilot is a mobile + web app that turns messy, real-life cashflow into a weekly debt-paydown plan you can actually follow. Users connect bank accounts and credit cards, then the app forecasts upcoming bills, income timing, and “safe-to-pay” amounts so they don’t overpay and bounce rent or utilities. It supports multiple strategies (avalanche, snowball, hybrid) but forces tradeoffs into the open: if you insist on keeping subscriptions or dining spend, it shows the exact payoff delay and extra interest cost. The app also runs a “minimums risk monitor” that flags when you’re likely to miss a payment and suggests immediate actions (temporary hardship programs, due-date changes, or reallocating discretionary spend). It includes a negotiation prep kit: a structured script, hardship letter generator, and a checklist of what to ask for (APR reductions, fee waivers, payment plans). This is not a miracle app—if your income can’t cover minimums, it will say so and route you to credible next steps instead of pretending budgeting alone fixes it.
