PayerBridge is a web + mobile telehealth intake and eligibility platform that prevents “surprise” denials and unpaid visits by verifying insurance coverage and telehealth-specific benefits before a clinician ever joins the call. Patients receive a link to complete identity checks, insurance capture (card scan), consent forms, and a real-time estimate of copay/self-pay. Clinics get an eligibility response, coverage notes, and a go/no-go flag with recommended next steps (switch to self-pay, reschedule, or route to in-network provider). It also logs an audit trail for compliance and reduces staff time spent on phone calls with payers. This is not a full telehealth video product; it plugs into existing EHR/telehealth tools and focuses on the money-and-eligibility layer that many clinics still handle manually or too late.
