PayFlowForge

PayFlowForge is a web app that lets ops and finance teams automate payment-related workflows without engineering: collect invoices, trigger payouts, route approvals, handle retries, and reconcile transactions back to the ledger. Users connect Stripe (and optionally Plaid for bank verification) and define rules like “if invoice is overdue 7 days, send dunning + retry card; if ACH fails, switch to card; if amount > $5k, require approval.” The product focuses on the unsexy part most tools avoid: clean reconciliation and audit trails. It generates a unified “payment event timeline” per customer/vendor, exports to QuickBooks/Xero, and pushes exceptions to Slack/Email. It’s not trying to replace Stripe Billing; it sits on top to automate edge cases and internal processes that teams currently run with spreadsheets, Zapier chains, and manual checks.
