PayGapPilot

PayGapPilot is a web app (with optional mobile admin view) that helps HR and People Ops teams detect, explain, and remediate compensation inequities across gender, ethnicity (where legally collected), location, level, and job family. It ingests payroll and HRIS data, normalizes titles/levels, and runs statistically defensible pay equity analyses (e.g., regression with controls) with clear, audit-friendly outputs. The app generates “what changed” narratives, flags risky outliers, and proposes budget-aware adjustment plans you can simulate before implementing. It also produces exportable reports for leadership, legal review, and internal transparency initiatives. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional analytics for rigor, plus AI to translate results into plain-language explanations and to draft remediation memos and manager talking points. The focus is practicality: minimal setup, repeatable quarterly checks, and evidence trails.
