PayGapProof is a mobile + web AI app that helps employees document, benchmark, and challenge gender-based pay inequity without relying on risky public salary posts. Users upload offer letters, pay stubs, job descriptions, performance reviews, and promotion timelines; the app extracts structured data, normalizes roles/levels, and generates a “pay equity packet” with comparable market ranges, internal-consistency flags, and negotiation scripts. It also provides a private, invite-only cohort feature for coworkers to share anonymized compensation signals with differential privacy, producing stronger internal benchmarks than generic market data. For HR/legal safety, it includes a compliance mode that avoids asking for protected attributes while still enabling gender-equity analysis via voluntary self-ID and aggregated reporting. Realistically, it won’t ‘prove’ discrimination alone—but it will make inequity harder to ignore and easier to act on.
