PayGapProof

PayGapProof is a web app (with optional desktop CSV uploader) that helps small and mid-sized employers run a defensible pay-equity and wage-band audit using their existing payroll/HRIS exports. It standardizes job titles, levels, locations, and employment types, then computes pay ranges, compression risk, and outlier flags by gender and other protected classes where legally permitted. The app generates a board-ready report plus a “fix plan” showing estimated budget needed to close gaps and reduce retention risk. It also produces an audit trail: what data was used, what assumptions were made, and which records were excluded—so HR can explain results instead of hand-waving. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI assists with job normalization and narrative reporting, while calculations remain deterministic and transparent.
