PayGapRadar

PayGapRadar is a web app (with optional desktop CSV uploader) that helps mid-sized employers detect and document pay equity issues across gender, ethnicity, location, and job families. It ingests HRIS/payroll exports (Workday, ADP, BambooHR, UKG, etc.) and runs standardized pay equity analyses (regression + cohort comparisons) with clear, defensible explanations. The product focuses on practicality: it flags the smallest set of employees driving risk, estimates budget to remediate, and generates an audit trail showing methodology, data lineage, and decision notes for legal/HR review. It also tracks changes over time so comp adjustments don’t reintroduce gaps. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional statistical models for the core analysis, and AI to translate results into plain-language narratives, suggested next steps, and “what changed since last cycle” summaries. It’s not magic—bad HR data will still limit accuracy, and the app will say so.
