PayGapRadar is a web app (with optional mobile admin view) that continuously audits compensation for pay equity and internal fairness, then produces defensible, audit-ready reports. HR teams upload payroll, job levels, location, performance ratings, and offer history; the system normalizes titles, flags outliers, and simulates “what-if” adjustments to close gaps within a budget. It also tracks promotion velocity and starting-offer patterns that often create inequity over time. An AI assistant explains the drivers behind each gap in plain language and drafts remediation plans and manager talking points, but keeps humans in control for final decisions. The goal is not “perfect fairness”—it’s reducing legal exposure, improving retention, and preventing messy internal escalations. This is built for companies that can’t afford a full compensation analytics team but are big enough to get sued or publicly shamed.
