PayGrade

PayGrade is a web + mobile AI app that helps underemployed workers quantify the gap between what they do and what they’re paid, then turn that evidence into action. Users import a resume/LinkedIn, list current responsibilities, and upload anonymized pay stubs or offer letters (optional). The app maps tasks to standardized role levels (e.g., marketing manager vs. coordinator), benchmarks compensation using multiple data sources, and generates a “Level & Pay Evidence Pack” with bulletproof language for negotiations or internal re-leveling requests. If switching jobs is the only realistic path, PayGrade produces a targeted job list and rewrites the resume for the higher-level role it believes the user is already performing. It also tracks applications and negotiation outcomes to refine recommendations. This isn’t a feel-good career coach; it’s a practical tool to get a raise or get out.
