PayLane is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps SMEs and marketplaces manage cross-border payouts without drowning in bank portals, PDFs, and mismatched references. It connects to your payout sources (Wise Business, Payoneer, Stripe, bank transfers) and your accounting system, then automatically matches outgoing payments to invoices, contractors, or orders using rules plus AI-assisted document parsing. The app generates a “payment evidence pack” per transaction (recipient, amount, FX rate, fees, timestamps, confirmation files) to satisfy auditors, clients, and internal finance. It flags anomalies like unexpected fees, beneficiary changes, duplicate payouts, or delayed settlements, and provides a single dashboard for payout status across countries. This is not a new money transmitter; it’s a reconciliation and compliance layer that reduces operational pain and avoids regulatory heavy lifting.
