PayProof is a web + mobile AI app that helps candidates build a negotiation case using verifiable evidence instead of vibes. Users upload an offer letter, job description, and any competing signals (recruiter emails, LinkedIn messages, comp bands, past reviews). The app extracts key terms, flags risky clauses (non-compete, bonus conditions, equity vesting quirks), and generates a concise “negotiation brief” with 2–3 realistic asks and scripted emails/call talking points. It also includes a compensation sanity check by role/location/level using aggregated market data and user-submitted anonymized offers. The product is intentionally conservative: it warns when your ask is likely to get rejected and suggests fallback options (sign-on, accelerated review, remote days). It’s not a magic salary booster; it’s a structured prep tool that reduces mistakes and anxiety.
