PayProof is a web + mobile AI app that helps candidates and employees validate compensation packages with evidence, not vibes. Users upload an offer letter (or enter details), and the app normalizes base, bonus, equity, vesting, benefits, and location adjustments into a single comparable “total comp” view. It then benchmarks against real market data and similar roles, flags suspicious clauses (clawbacks, non-competes, vague bonus targets), and generates a negotiation brief with specific counter numbers and scripts. The honest reality: most salary tools are generic and outdated; most people don’t know how equity/benefits change the math; and HR won’t educate you. PayProof makes the comparison legible and gives you a defensible ask. Revenue comes from subscriptions for individuals and a small B2B tier for recruiters/career coaches who need fast, consistent analyses.
