PayProof is a web + mobile AI app that helps employees assemble a credible, evidence-based raise request in under an hour. Instead of generic scripts, it guides users to collect measurable impact: projects shipped, revenue/cost outcomes, customer metrics, reliability, leadership, and market benchmarks. Users import data from calendars, Jira/Linear, GitHub, and performance reviews, then the app produces a one-page “Raise Packet” (PDF) with quantified achievements, peer/market pay ranges, and a negotiation plan tailored to their manager style. It also includes a rehearsal mode with tough manager objections and concise responses. Brutal truth: it won’t magically get you a raise—if your company is broke or your performance is weak, it will say so and suggest alternatives (title change, scope expansion, job switch timeline).
