Users upload an offer letter (or comp breakdown), role details, and location. The app matches it to a database of anonymized, verified pay artifacts (offer letters, pay stubs, equity grants) and produces a negotiation packet: a realistic target range, 2–3 counteroffer options, and a short email/script tailored to the company’s leveling and pay bands. Verification is done by redacting personal info and confirming document authenticity signals (metadata checks + manual spot checks). The product is brutally practical: it will often tell users when they have little leverage and should focus on non-cash terms or walk away. Monetization: $29–$79 per negotiation packet, plus a $10/month membership for ongoing benchmarking.
