Users pick a template (SaaS subscription, net-30 invoices, usage overages), then customize steps with a visual flow builder and compliance-safe messaging. It includes a sandbox mode that replays historical failures to show how much revenue would have been recovered. Reporting focuses on recoveries, time-to-cash, and which rules cause churn. This is a traditional app with light AI assistance for copy suggestions and rule recommendations, not a full AI autopilot (because finance teams need predictability).
