PaySLA
PaySLA is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that monitors payment flows end-to-end and turns them into auditable uptime and latency SLAs for merchants and fintechs. It connects to PSPs/acquirers, bank transfer rails, and your own checkout logs to detect outages, regional degradations, and bank-specific failure spikes. The product generates incident timelines, root-cause hints, and customer-ready reports that reduce chargebacks, support tickets, and partner finger-pointing. It also benchmarks authorization rates and settlement times by provider, BIN, country, and method so teams can decide when to reroute traffic or renegotiate contracts. This is not glamorous: it’s operational plumbing. But for businesses processing meaningful volume, proving “it’s not us” and quickly isolating the failing hop saves real money and protects revenue. Expect long sales cycles and heavy compliance expectations, but high retention once embedded.
