PayStubIQ is a mobile + web app that predicts your take-home pay and flags payroll mistakes before they cost you money. Users connect their payroll provider (ADP, Workday, Gusto, Paychex, etc.) or upload a paystub. The app calculates expected net pay from hours, overtime rules, shift differentials, bonuses, and deductions, then compares it to what payroll is about to pay (or what you received). It highlights anomalies like missing overtime, incorrect tax withholding, benefit deductions that changed, or unpaid hours, and generates a clean, HR-ready dispute packet with evidence and plain-language explanations. It also tracks YTD earnings, upcoming pay dates, and “what-if” scenarios (changing W-4, adding 401(k) %, switching states). This is not a budgeting app; it’s a paycheck accuracy and clarity tool for wage earners who routinely get surprised by net pay changes.
