PaywallPilot

PaywallPilot is a web app (with a lightweight JS/SDK) that helps small and mid-size publishers increase subscription and membership revenue through fast paywall experiments. Instead of rebuilding paywall logic in-house, you install one snippet and create variants: metered vs. hard paywall, article limits, pricing, trial length, messaging, and timing rules. It tracks cohorts, conversion, churn proxies, and revenue per visitor, then recommends what to test next. It also includes a “paywall QA” mode to catch broken states (logged-in users blocked, infinite loops, cookie issues) that quietly kill conversions. This is not a magic AI growth tool; it’s a practical experimentation layer with AI-assisted insights and copy suggestions. Integrations cover Stripe, Paddle, Memberful, and common CMS setups, so a publisher can run meaningful tests in days, not quarters.
