PeakProbe is a web + mobile AI-assisted energy auditing app focused on small and mid-sized commercial buildings that already have interval utility data (or can export it). It ingests electric and gas bills plus 15-minute interval data, then flags the most likely waste patterns: after-hours baseload, weekend drift, demand spikes, and HVAC scheduling mismatches. Instead of pretending to “optimize everything,” it produces a short, audit-ready report with quantified savings ranges, confidence levels, and the exact time windows causing the cost. Auditors can add site notes, photos, and equipment lists, then export a client-facing PDF and a simple action tracker. The goal is to cut audit time and reduce the embarrassing “generic recommendations” problem. It’s realistic: if the building has poor data or no submetering, PeakProbe clearly labels findings as low-confidence and suggests the cheapest next measurement step.
