PeerProof
PeerProof is a mobile + web AI-assisted app that helps people with imposter syndrome replace vague self-doubt with specific, credible feedback. Users invite a small “proof circle” (managers, peers, clients) to answer short, structured prompts about strengths, impact, and growth areas tied to real projects. The app turns responses into a private “evidence brief” with themes, verbatim quotes, and a confidence timeline—separating signal from generic praise. It also includes a pre-review prep flow: users select upcoming meetings (performance review, promotion packet, job interviews) and generate a concise, editable summary of accomplishments supported by peer quotes and artifacts. This is not therapy; it’s a lightweight feedback and documentation tool. If users don’t have supportive colleagues, the app will feel useless—so it’s designed for people who can access at least 2–3 trustworthy reviewers.
