PeerPulse

PeerPulse is a mobile + web app (AI + traditional) that helps schools and youth programs detect early warning signals of bullying without turning kids into snitches. Students can submit quick, anonymous “pulse checks” about how safe they feel in specific places/times (bus, lunch, locker room) and flag concerning behavior with guided prompts. The AI aggregates reports, looks for repeated hotspots, time patterns, and social clustering, then produces a simple risk dashboard for counselors/admins with recommended next steps and documentation templates. It also includes a lightweight student toolkit: coping scripts, how to ask for help, and a one-tap “I need an adult now” escalation that routes to approved staff during school hours. The app is designed to minimize false accusations: it focuses on patterns and environment risk, not naming-and-shaming individuals, and requires staff review before any action.
