PerchCoach is a mobile app (iOS/Android) that helps pet bird owners run consistent, humane training sessions and actually measure progress. It provides step-by-step protocols for common goals (step-up, recall, stationing, carrier training, bite reduction) with timers, reinforcement schedules, and short checklists you can follow mid-session. The AI layer lets you log quick notes or voice memos and converts them into structured training data (antecedent/behavior/consequence), then suggests the next micro-step when you’re stuck. It also includes a “trigger diary” for bites/screaming with simple charts so you can see patterns (time of day, people, locations). Brutal truth: most bird owners fail because they’re inconsistent and don’t track anything; this app wins by making consistency easy and visible, not by pretending AI can magically fix behavior.
