PerfSentry

PerfSentry is a desktop app (Windows/macOS) plus a lightweight in-game SDK that continuously profiles builds and flags performance regressions automatically. Instead of relying on manual “it feels slower” reports, it runs repeatable benchmark scenes on real hardware or cloud test machines, captures frame time breakdowns, GPU/CPU counters, memory spikes, shader compilation stalls, and loading hitches, then compares results against a baseline per branch/commit. It posts actionable alerts to Slack/Discord with the exact scene, device, and suspected subsystem, and stores a searchable history so teams can see when and why performance degraded. This is not magic: it won’t optimize your game for you, but it will stop teams from shipping accidental regressions and wasting weeks hunting them late in production. Pricing is per seat + per test machine, aimed at small-to-mid studios that can’t afford a full-time performance engineer.
