PerkLedger is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps membership creators actually fulfill what they promise—digital drops, Discord roles, merch batches, and monthly benefits—without spreadsheets and missed deadlines. Connect Patreon (and optionally Stripe/Memberful), Discord, and email to auto-build a fulfillment calendar per tier, track who is owed what, and generate “ready to ship/send” lists. It flags risky situations like tier changes mid-cycle, failed payments, and duplicate entitlements, then provides one-click actions: revoke/grant roles, send download links, or export shipping labels. It’s not trying to replace Patreon; it’s the operational layer creators lack. This is a traditional app with a small AI component that drafts member update messages and detects likely fulfillment gaps from past behavior (e.g., benefits repeatedly delivered late).
