PerkPilot is a mobile + web AI-assisted concierge that focuses on one thing luxury clients actually care about: outcomes delivered on time, with zero back-and-forth. Instead of pretending to “do anything,” it specializes in high-frequency, high-stakes requests (last-minute dining, event access, premium car service, gifting, travel changes) using a curated vendor network with real-time availability and SLA-backed fulfillment. Users submit requests via chat or voice, set constraints (budget, brand preferences, dietary rules, privacy level), and get 2–3 confirmed options—not “we’re working on it.” A human concierge only steps in when the AI can’t secure inventory or when negotiation is required. The app stores preferences, receipts, and a private “do-not-contact” vendor list. It’s brutally pragmatic: fewer categories, tighter execution, and transparent fees so trust isn’t eroded by vague promises.
