It also stores photos, site plans, contractor license/insurance docs, and creates a “submission packet” PDF you can send to the city or upload to portals. A lightweight AI assistant drafts scope descriptions and cover letters, but the product is honest about uncertainty and flags items that require a call to the permit office. This is not a magic ‘instant permit’ tool; it’s a workflow system that reduces rejections and resubmittals.
