PermitPath is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for urban design and development teams to manage the messy reality of permits, design reviews, and inter-agency approvals. It centralizes requirements by jurisdiction, creates a step-by-step approval map, and logs every submission, comment cycle, and deadline in one place. The AI layer reads uploaded plan-check comments and meeting notes, then converts them into structured tasks, owners, and risk flags (e.g., “fire access conflict,” “ADA slope,” “stormwater calc missing”). It also generates a realistic timeline forecast based on past cycle times for that jurisdiction and reviewer type. This is not a magic “get permits instantly” tool—it's a coordination and risk-reduction system that prevents missed requirements, lost emails, and schedule surprises. The product wins by saving weeks of back-and-forth and making accountability visible across consultants and agencies.
