PermitPilot
PermitPilot is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that centralizes right-of-way and permit workflows for telecom construction: small cells, fiber drops, pole attachments, and street works. It tracks every permit’s status, required documents, fees, jurisdiction-specific rules, and deadlines, then alerts teams before expirations or missing items stall a crew. The AI component reads incoming emails/PDFs from municipalities and auto-extracts key fields (permit number, address, conditions, inspection requirements) into structured records, reducing manual data entry. It also generates jurisdiction-ready checklists and submittal packets from templates so PMs don’t reinvent the wheel for each city. This is not a “magic” automation tool—municipalities are messy and inconsistent—but it can reliably reduce the administrative thrash that causes real schedule slips and change orders.
