PermitPilot is a web + mobile app that turns relocation admin into a single checklist that actually gets finished: utility transfers, parking permits, moving elevator reservations, trash service, address changes, and local move-in requirements. Users enter their current and destination addresses, move date, and building type (single-family, condo, high-rise). The app generates a city- and building-specific task plan with deadlines, required documents, fees, and direct links to official forms. It tracks status, stores PDFs/photos, and sends reminders when offices are slow or deadlines approach. An AI assistant helps interpret confusing municipal language, pre-fills form fields from user data, and drafts emails/calls scripts for utilities and property managers. It’s not a marketplace for movers; it’s the boring paperwork layer people hate and routinely mess up, which causes real delays and fees.
